At Time Centre Jewellers we pride ourselves in stocking high quality Jewellery and Watches and providing an enjoyable shopping experience. If, however your purchase is faulty or damaged on arrival we will endeavour to find a solution to suit both parties.
At Time Centre Jewellers we are not required to refund your purchase if you simply change your mind, if however, it is returned in it's original condition and unworn within 30 days of purchase a credit will be issued.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you. Once the returned item has been received, a gift certificate will be mailed to the purchaser.
